The Challenge

FI Real Estate Management (FI REM) approached us to help secure their new Lynch Wood Business Park, an expansive 11.74-hectare business park featuring a unique office campus with 350,000 sqft of office space. Following recent renovations, FI REM sought to modernise the building’s security with a comprehensive CCTV system. The challenge involved providing extensive security coverage and real-time monitoring across the entire property, ensuring the safety and security of tenants and their assets in their newly renovated business environment. The solution needed to be scalable and flexible to accommodate future expansions and evolving security needs.

The Solution

To meet the comprehensive security needs of the expansive Lynch Wood Business Park, we installed an advanced CCTV system specifically tailored to the requirements of FI Real Estate Management (FI REM). This state-of-the-art system comprises 138 high-definition cameras, meticulously positioned throughout the 350,000 sqft office building and the surrounding 11.74 hectares of grounds.

Each camera is equipped with advanced features such as nigh vision, motion detection and high-resolution imaging to ensure clear and reliable footage in various lighting conditions and weather. We integrated the system into a centralised monitoring centre, located within the business park, allowing security personal to oversee the entire park efficiently. This setup not only facilitates immediate response to any security incidents but also enables proactive measures to prevent potential threats.

Additionally, the CCTV system is designed to be scalable and flexible, allowing for future expansions and upgrades as the security needs of the business park evolve.

With the new surveillance system in place, FI REM successfully achieved their goal of ensuring a secure environment for the new tenants at their refurbished business park.
