After conducting a thorough assessment of the building’s layout, we strategically positioned high-definition CCTV cameras with advanced smart analytic motion detection technology in key areas prone to theft. Integrated into a centralised surveillance system, these cameras feed live video footage into our Remote Video Receiving Centre, staffed by highly trained operatives who monitor the property 24/7. By enhancing visibility and control over communal areas and providing continuous oversight, we aimed to mitigate parcel theft and restore peace of mind for residents while bolstering RMG’s reputation as a proactive and attentive property management company.

Following the implementation of the CCTV monitoring solution, the results were immediate. Residents reported a notable decrease in parcel theft incidents within the communal areas of the apartment block. The comprehensive surveillance system provided assurance for both RMG and their residents. Any suspicious activity detected by the cameras and our monitoring team was promptly responded to in line with RMG’s escalation procedures, ensuring swift action against potential security threats.
