Our Keyholding and Alarm Response Process

Site Survey & Key Collection

One of our experienced operations managers will attend the premises and conduct a comprehensive survey and collect all necessary keys or access fobs.

Alarm Activation

Our Control Room is manned 24hours a day, 7 days a week with experienced controllers to ensure that the alarm response call is answered and dispatched to the correct response vehicle.

Response

Prioritising our response times, the mobile response officer will attend your property and conduct an external and internal inspection of the property to determine the cause of activation.

Incident Report

Once the appropriate response has been taken and the site is deemed safe, we generate an incident report for the client and leave the property locked with the intruder alarm set.
